- We had the great pleasure of having Robyn as our estate agent for less than a week – which is how long it took for her to sell it. We had had our place on the market for a few months with another agent, and were very disappointed with the number of viewings. Following a glowing recommendation from a friend, we asked Robyn to take over the sale and arrange for a new set of marketing photos to be taken. That Thursday the house officially went on the market. On the Saturday the Open House attracted 13 groups - more than the previous 3 months with previous agent. We had a full-price offer the next day, and closed the deal on the Monday. Amazeballs.
